things to take note-

. please try to be early(5-10mins) so that the person on duty before ur shift wont be late for class.

. if u happened to b on duty alone im verrry soory. ive done my very best to put at least two delegates at one shift. On and off ur we will come down and try to help out alrite.

. again if ur on duty alone, maybe u could go hav ur lunch first before u report? i dont want u guys to die of hunger and and of cos boredome.

. if u hav a problem wit whom ur supposed to work wit then too bad. HAHA.

. anyone who will b skipping class(as far as i noe no one is, unless ive overlooked), i need you to inform me personally whatever class ur skipping, time of lesson, ur student id, tutorial/practical/lecture grp. very important, if not, attendance will be marked as absent.

. those on duty at 11pm, u will set up shop for e day so yeah again try nt to be late. 5-15 mins is ok lah nt a problem. you tell me who'd wanna throw ping pong balls so early in e day.

. likewise those on 6pm shift, to clear up booth nicely for next day.

. HS polo tee to be worn while on duty. (anything white will do if u dun hav one)

. if u think u cant make it for watever reasons, hav e basic courtesy to inform me beforehand ok.

. most importantly all of you will be representing HS. so yeah put on ur best behaviour as representatives from SDAR will be making thier rounds. (ben, it will get very boring at some point but pls, no smoking at game booth)

. again, id like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who hav helped out/will be helping out ranging from those who hav helped out economically or sacrificing ur precious time and energy. thank you thank you thank you!

Hello all! makan already?

first of all a very big thank you to those who hav volunteered ur services for e green bazaar. really appreciate it! ouuhkay unfortunately, as i need at least 2 persons to attend to e stall at one time, i still require volunteers for e following time slots-

wed, 29th oct, 12pm-1pm(x1 volunteer)
thurs, 30th oct, 1pm-2pm(x2 volunteers)
2pm-3pm(x2 volunteers)
3pm-4pm(x1 volunteer)

as much as possible i do nt want u guys to skip class, soo preferably i want ppl who do not hav lessons at e above stated time slots. Wei hw abt those who didnt turn up for e previous meeting? interested? easy job lah! sit down, chop stamps, collect ping pong balls, oogle at dragonboat guys. CCA points will be awarded! alrite interested parties do inform me ASAP(leave a tag or sumthing. dun forget to state ur name! ooops!) cos ive gt to put up e roster reeeally soon :D
